A Guide for Parents

We understand that sending your baby off to Uni is an exciting, sad, happy and anxious time, and we do our utmost to ensure that you don’t need to worry, with 24hr CCTV, fob entry systems or separate door codes to each block entrance and a key that will open their apartment (and only their room), security is one of our top priorities.

We also endeavour to make life as easy as possible for your offspring. Our team is contactable in the office Monday to Friday 9-5pm, and if they need us outside these hours, we have a 24hr emergency line.

We try to make it as simple as possible, arranging rent payments so they coincide with university loan dates. With rents from only £100 per week, we’re not taking all their loan when it does arrive!

First year at Uni? Small things that make a big difference:

Bath mat – Because nobody likes wet bathroom floors
Paracetamol – Nothing worse than a hangover on the first day of lectures
First aid kit – For bumps and scrapes
Family picture – It’s nice to have a link with home in those first weeks
