International Students - Booking now for 2012-13!
Are you coming from overseas to study at the University of Sheffield or Sheffield Hallam University in 2012-13? At
Omnia Space, we try really hard to make our overseas students feel totally at home in their new student accommodation -
before you get here, when you arrive, and throughout your tenancy with us. Many Omnia Space tenants are
international students, so we know all about how to help you settle in to your new student accommodation. A lot of our

1. Choosing your Omnia Space accommodation
Can't view before signing? No problem, we will email images of available accommodation. Detailsof potential flat mates can also be provided. We make every effort to meet special requirements,
such as single-sex accommodation. Storage for suitcases is available too.
2. Booking your accommodation
Everything is done in one go - see booking page. Download our application pack.To secure your room, you can pay your deposit by card, or bank transfer.
3. Your Omnia Space Tenancy
Rent payments are taken in 3 or 10 installments. We just ask that you have a UK-basedguarantor. We do our best to be flexible about move-in dates and times, and tenancy lengths.
4. Don't forget
The friendly Omnia Space team are happy to answer all your questions and provide you with anyinformation you might need before you book with us, and once you are here. Our office is just
around the corner from the developments, and we have a maintenance team on-hand 24/7.
