Omnia Space rooms start at £79pw including utility bills and internet* - that's value that's hard to beat! And, we have 44-50 week tenancies.
So, yes, you can sign up for a room on a 44 week tenancy for just £79pw - including all your utility bills, and your internet included. No catch!
Once your full application and deposit have been received, we'll email you confirmation of your
booking and all of the relevant information concerning your room, deposit and the moving in process.

Various start dates available - August to the end of September.
We have move-in weekends (so no time off work needed
for anyone helping you lug your stuff back), but if you need to move
on another day just book an appointment at our City Centre office.
Individual applications? Simple. Fill in the relevant part of
the application form to tell us who you’d prefer to live with.
Or, call us and we can run through the available options with you.
We have accommodation for Post Grad, 1st year,
single sex...and other special requirements - just ask.
When you have decided you would like to secure a room in Omnia Space, simply request an application
pack by emailing info@omniaspace.co.uk. Alternatively, you can book an appointment at our office and
one of the team will help you complete your documents.

As part of your application you'll be
required to provide the following:
1 £250* deposit. Cash, cheque or card.
2 £10 Admin fee. Cash, cheque or card.
3 A completed application form.
4 Photocopy of your student ID.
5 2 x signed Tenancy Agreements, one to
be completed and signed by you, one to be
completed and signed by your guarantor.
6 Rent payments: 3 installments due on
17/10/11,16/01/12 and 26/04/12 (in line with
student loans). Do this in one of 3 ways:
completed Standing Order form,
completed credit card form or 3 post-
dated cheques. Or you can pay in 10
installments via Standing Order.
